Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or your item(s) does not fit, you can return it for store credit, exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item being returned must be unused and in the same condition you received it; it must not have been worn or used. It must also be in the original packaging and, if it is a stick, must have the plastic shrink wrap on the stick head.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Underwear, compression gear, groin protectors and mouthguards.

Faulty or incorrect item(s)

If the item(s) you receive is not what you ordered or is faulty, follow the return process outlined below. All sticks and bags come with a limited 6-month warranty. Sticks are guaranteed against breakage for three months from receipt of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, improper use or handling, damage resulting from stick clashes, or any cosmetic alterations that do not impact the product's performance.

Return process

To initiate the returns process, please complete this form.

We will email you to advise if you can return the items and, if so, will provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) Number. All items being returned must have a valid RA Number; we will not process any returns without one. Please note, having an RA number does not guarantee that we will issue you with a refund or exchange. In cases where item(s) are being returned due to a fault, we must inspect the item and decide, based on the nature of the fault, whether this falls within our warranty. If we find the item to be faulty, we will determine whether we repair, replace or refund the item.

Please include your name, RA Number and return address on the outside of the package.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where we find that the item being returned is faulty. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary, depending on where the item(s) is being shipped.

Where possible, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and accept no liability for items posted by you.

Late or missing refunds

Credit reversal can take some time to show on your statement. If it has been more than two weeks and your refund isn't showing on your account, contact us.

Holiday Camps

Holiday camp bookings are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event. Please contact us should you need to change your booking. Holiday camps will only proceed if the minimum number of enrolments has been reached. If we do not receive the minimum number of enrolments, you will be offered a full refund or credit to a future holiday camp. In the instances where holiday camps are cancelled due to low enolments, weather or other circumstances, we will endeavour to notify you at the earliest possible time.
